Your friendly coordinators Mike & Amy shall return this Sunday to greet all-comers at the run as we continue our climb up from injury. This run will feature a few rolling hills but nothing too killer. The full out and back on the paved Nimitz Trail is 8 miles, with the option to add a mile past the turnaround or simply turn back early. Bathrooms at the start but no water, so you can either bring some or hope that the morning fog keeps us cool.
DIRECTIONS: From Oakland/Berkeley, go thru the Caldecott Tunnel on Hwy 24 to the Orinda/Moraga exit. Turn left (north) onto Camino Pablo, and go 2 miles to the traffic light at Wildcat Canyon Rd. Turn left and go uphill 2.5 miles to the parking lot at the top of the ridge.
