Pac Striders Sept. 18, 8:30am - Inspiration Point, Berkeley

We haven't visited Inspiration Point in a while, so we'll get reacquainted with this out-and-back trail this Sunday at 8:30am. It's all asphalt for 4 miles to the turnaround point (for a total of 8 miles). If you want a little dirt and distance you can venture another mile on the hilly trails. Bring water if you need it, and a windbreaker if you want to stay warm.

DIRECTIONS TO INSPIRATION POINT: From Oakland/Berkeley, go thru the Caldecott Tunnel on Hwy 24 to the Orinda/Moraga exit. Turn left (north) onto Camino Pablo, and go 2 miles to the traffic light at
Wildcat Canyon Rd. Turn left and go uphill 2.5 miles to the parking lot at the top of the ridge.
